Welcome to Professional Officiating, a Division of North East Bay Sports Officials Association, (a California non-Profit Corporation). We are one of the largest umpire organizations in Northern California, with an active roster of over 200 members. We provide umpires to baseball programs in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, including professional independent league, USA National Baseball, and select college summer and elite youth baseball programs.
Our clients/programs receive some of the highest quality officiating in Northern California. Over 90% of our members are experienced high school umpires, and over 70% of our umpires work college baseball, from Junior College through Division I levels.
